Terms of Service

ConnectHub is provided by Avatari Infotech ("we", "us"). By creating a ConnectHub account or using ConnectHub, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use ConnectHub on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

ConnectHub is a social media management tool. You connect social accounts you own or manage, compose posts once, and publish them immediately or schedule them for later across those accounts. It also offers a media library, a calendar, publishing history and basic analytics.

You are responsible for your login details and for activity in your account. Work is organized in workspaces; a workspace owner decides who joins it and with which role (owner, admin, manager, editor or viewer), and each role can only do what it is allowed to do.

Give accurate information when you sign up, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

You connect Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn profiles and Pages, and other platforms through each platform's own sign-in and consent screen. ConnectHub never receives your social media passwords. Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

You can disconnect an account in ConnectHub at any time, or remove ConnectHub's access in the platform's own settings.

You keep all rights to the text, images and videos you upload or publish. You give ConnectHub permission to store, process and send that content only as needed to provide the service — for example, to publish a post to the accounts you chose at the time you chose.

You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to publish it.

Do not use ConnectHub to:

• publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harassing content, or spam;
• break the terms or policies of any connected platform;
• access accounts or data you are not authorized to use;
• attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or bypass its limits or security.

We may suspend accounts or workspaces that do.

ConnectHub sends each post to each platform separately and shows you each account's result. Platforms can reject, delay or remove posts under their own rules, and scheduled posts may publish shortly after the chosen minute. Check important posts in the publishing history.

You can let an AI assistant (such as Claude) work with ConnectHub on your behalf. You choose which workspaces and permissions it gets on ConnectHub's consent screen, and you can revoke it in Settings → Integrations. Review AI-written captions before approving a publish; actions an assistant takes with your permission are treated as yours.

Plans set limits such as the number of workspaces, connected accounts, team members and posts. Features and limits may change; we will tell you about changes that reduce what your plan includes before they take effect.

Connected platforms (including Meta, LinkedIn and Bluesky) and service providers are operated by third parties under their own terms. ConnectHub is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and we are not responsible for their availability or decisions.

You can stop using ConnectHub at any time, disconnect your accounts and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, or where required by law or by a platform.

ConnectHub is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by connected platforms.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; we will tell you about material changes before they take effect. Using ConnectHub after that means you accept the updated terms.
